Dr. Ji graduated with Bachelor Degree in 1983 and Master Degree in 1993 from Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University. He engages in clinical work of Head and Neck Surgery more than 30 years and is proficient in the clinical and basic research of thyroid, laryngeal and hypopharyngeal cancer. He is now entitled with Vice Chairman of Chinese Association of Thyroid Oncology (Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, CATC),Vice Chairman of Chinese Association of Thyroid Oncology (Chinese Medical Doctor Association), Chairman of Shanghai Association of Thyroid Oncology (Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association), team leader of Thyroid group of Shanghai Association of General Surgery, Shanghai Medical Doctor Association, Standing Committee member of Chinese Association of Head and Neck Oncology (Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, CATC), Former Chairman of Shanghai Association of Head and Neck Oncology (Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association), Honorary Membership of Association Medical Endocrinology of Italy. In addition, he is reviewer or editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Chinese Journal of Surgery, Chinese Journal of Oncology, Journal of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Oncology, Chinese Journal of Oncology Prevention and Treatment, Chinese Medical Journal, Medicine, World Journal of Surgical Oncology, Oncotargets and Therapy. His cancer research work used to be founded by four National Natural Science Foundation of China and several municipal projects and Shanghai Science Committee projects. Till now, his team has already published about 50 articles on the influential magazines domestic or abroad.
