复旦大学附属肿瘤医院大肠癌多学科协作组首席专家、复旦大学大肠癌诊治中心主任、上海市抗癌协会大肠癌专业委员会主任委员、上海市疾病控制中心大肠癌专委会主委、CSCO肿瘤营养专委会主委、CSCO大肠癌专委会副主委、中国医师协会MDT专委会副主委、美国临床肿瘤指南(NCCN)中国版专家委员会委员、NCCN大肠癌临床实践指南(中国版)外科执笔人、主要从事结直肠癌基础和临床研究,尤其擅长于大肠癌的手术治疗,是中国著名的大肠癌专家。
主编《结直肠肛门肿瘤》(北京大学出版社,2005)及《循证结直肠肛管肿瘤学》(上海科学技术出版社2015)。主持国家自然科学基金课题、国家863及973、复旦211等重大科研课题,累计经费4200余万。
近5年发表医学论文90余篇,其中SCI 70余篇。2012获得上海市科学技术及教育部科技进步二等奖,2018获上海预防医学会科学技术二等奖,2019获第三届国之名医盛典-卓越建树奖和科教资讯一等奖。
研究领域:
1、大肠癌、胃癌、软组织腹膜后肿瘤、恶性黑色素瘤等腹部肿瘤的手术治疗;
2、局部晚期大肠癌及复发转移性大肠癌的综合治疗;
3、大肠癌的早期筛查、分子生物标志物及复发转移机制研究;
4、大肠癌类器官平台建设与转化治疗。
研究团队:
自2005年来担任复旦大学大肠癌中心主委、肿瘤医院大肠癌多学科协作组首席科学家,对大肠癌诊治方面的各种治疗方式、综合治疗、个体化治疗有较深的理解,形成了国内最好的大肠癌MDT队伍,团队包括大肠外科、放疗科、肿瘤内科、病理科、放射诊断、内镜科、肝外科、介入科及中医科,积极推动了国内大肠癌的规范性多学科综合治疗的发展。
