  2006年获得南京师范大学理学学士学位,2009年获得上海交通大学生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位,2017年获得复旦大学肿瘤学博士学位,2009年至今就职于复旦大学附属肿瘤医院肿瘤研究所,主要从事恶性肿瘤的分子流行病学研究,主持或参加多项国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目,已发表SCI论文50余篇,研究成果发表于Nature Genetics, Carcinogenesis, Scientific Reports, Pharmacogenetics and Genomics等国际杂志上。


研究领域:

  主要从事恶性肿瘤的分子流行病学研究,系统研究遗传变异与肿瘤发生、发展的关系,以及肿瘤病因学里的基因-环境交互作用。同时着重遗传变异与患者预后的关系以及相关分子机制的研究,以期筛选出可应用于预测发病风险和临床预后的分子标志物来指导肿瘤的预防和个体化治疗。
