王茜敏,2010年毕业于山东大学生命科学学院获得理学学士学位,2017年毕业于德国慕尼黑马克斯普朗克生物化学研究所获得博士学位。2018年至2021年就职于上海交通大学医学院精准医学研究院,先后担任助理研究员、副研究员。2022年2月加入复旦大学生物医学研究院,附属肿瘤医院担任青年研究员。研究成果以第一作者(含并列)发表于Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、Nature Communications和PNAS等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目以及上海市浦江人才计划项目,曾获得2015年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。
研究领域:
主要从事真核生物转录调控相关复合物的结构与功能研究,重点关注与肿瘤发生发展密切相关的、调控转录活性的重要蛋白质复合物和核酸-蛋白质复合物,通过对这些复合物的高分辨率结构解析和细胞水平功能机制的研究,揭示其参与转录调控的结构基础和分子机理。
